Alan Kaplan, Esquire

Owner and Attorney

Alan Kaplan concentrates on personal injury matters throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Arizona. We handle cases involving car accidents, slip/trip and falls, work injuries, trucking accidents, pedestrian collisions, and cases against insurance companies.
Alan is a tenacious and ambitious attorney who began his career at a predominant Philadelphia Plaintiff’s Firm. What makes Alan unique is his ability to relate and communicate with his clients. As an immigrant from South America, Alan is fluent in Spanish and is available 24/7 to assist clients with their legal needs. Alan prides himself in his background and embraces his story when representing his clients in and out of court.
Alan holds a law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he obtained his certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation. During law school, Alan also served as a Certified Legal Intern for SEPTA’s in-house counsel.

Prior to starting Kap Law LLC, Alan worked as a trial attorney at Schatz, Steinberg, and Klayman. During law school, Alan worked as a law clerk at Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky and as a Certified Legal Intern for SEPTA.

Jordan Mark Kelso, Esquire

Of Counsel

Mr. Jordan Mark Kelso, Esq. is an attorney, barred in both Florida and Pennsylvania. Mr. Kelso was born a fighter—born and raised in New Jersey in a single-mother household, along with his four (4) siblings. Mr. Kelso had to grow-up quickly and assume a mature role in the household at a very young age, which included starting and owning manual labor businesses since the age of eight (8). Bearing witness to his mother’s unwavering dedication to raising her children instilled an undeniable work ethic and perseverance in Mr. Kelso.
A three-sport athlete from the age of four (4), Mr. Kelso excelled athletically and continued to forge his overall character and work ethic through sports. Mr. Kelso went on to play football at Gettysburg College. Mr. Kelso’s work ethic, the need to support himself financially and his respect for manual labor led Mr. Kelso to pursue career in the iron working industry, where he erected steel buildings in order to put himself through college and law school. While at Gettysburg, Mr. Kelso was a self-designed Law, Ethics and Negotiation Major with Minors in Political Science of Philosophy, graduating cum laude in 2017.
Mr. Kelso’s athletic career came to an end after his Senior season due to injury, so Mr. Kelso went on to attend Law School at Temple University’s James E. Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA.
After graduating in 2020, Mr. Kelso obtained his Pennsylvania Bar license and began practicing for a prestigious Philadelphia commercial litigation firm where he provided legal services to large companies, corporations and insurance companies.
In 2022, Mr. Kelso obtained his Florida Bar License in an effort to grow his legal practice both substantively and geographically. Once barred in Florida, Mr. Kelso continued providing legal services to large companies and corporations, but began working with more insurance companies in defense of personal injury.
With more than three (3) years of experience defending personal injury actions on behalf of large companies and insurance companies, Mr. Kelso has a unique understanding and knowledge of the strategies used by these entities to defend personal injury actions and attempt to avoid compensating individuals for their injuries. Mr. Kelso equates his unique knowledge and subsequent skillset to having the other team’s playbook weeks before a big game.
A born fighter with undeniable perseverance and a refusal to lose, Mr. Kelso will fight for you and your rights until the end.
