Alan Kaplan concentrates his practice on personal injury and immigration. Throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey Alan has handled countless personal injury cases involving car
accidents, slip/trip and falls, work injuries, trucking accidents, pedestrian collisions, and cases
against insurance companies.
Alan is a tenacious and ambitious attorney who began his career at a predominant Philadelphia Plaintiff’s Firm. What makes Alan unique is his ability to relate and communicate with his clients. As an immigrant from South America, Alan is fluent in Spanish and is available 24/7 to assist clients with their legal needs. Alan prides himself in his background and embraces his story when representing his clients in and out of court.
Alan holds a law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he obtained his certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation. During law school, Alan also served as a Certified Legal Intern for SEPTA’s in-house counsel.
