Prior Work Experience
Prior to starting Kap Law LLC, Alan worked as a trial attorney at Schatz, Steinberg, and Klayman. During law school, Alan worked as a law clerk at Saltz, Mongeluzzi, and Bendesky and as a Certified Legal Intern for SEPTA.
Sam Gangemi
Attorney
Sam Gangemi is an attorney at Kap Law LLC, where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Kap Law LLC, Sam worked at a Philadelphia Law firm handling personal injury litigation, specifically in the area of auto accidents and premises liability. Prior to that, Sam was a Prosecutor in both Denver, Colorado, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Throughout his years in law school at the University of Denver, he served as the President of the Moot Court Board, Vice President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, and was a member of the National Trial Team. Sam is originally from South Jersey and graduated from Temple University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism management. Same is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jordan Mark Kelso, Esquire

In 2022, Mr. Kelso obtained his Florida Bar License in an effort to grow his legal practice both substantively and geographically. Once barred in Florida, Mr. Kelso continued providing legal services to large companies and corporations, but began working with more insurance companies in defense of personal injury.
